Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving environmental compliance across various operations. Key duties include:

 Developing and maintaining programs related to air, water, land, and waste management.

 Ensuring accurate documentation and managing compliance tracking systems like Synergi Life and SharePoint.

 Providing environmental guidance to operational teams and conducting incident investigations.

 Monitoring Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and reporting on sustainability performance.

 Conducting internal audits, inspections, and training sessions to maintain high compliance standards.

 Assisting the broader Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team with technical support.


Requirements & Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:

 A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

 Proven experience in environmental compliance, preferably within the drilling or offshore industry.

 Familiarity with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems (Certification is a plus).

 Strong ability to interpret environmental regulations and implement corporate policies.

 Proficiency in MS Office and specialized compliance reporting software.

 Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

 Availability to travel offshore as required by operational needs.
